A married woman in Moradabad, Uttar Pradesh was so overcome with love that she insisted on leaving her husband and marrying her lover. The family explained a lot but the woman was not ready to listen to anyone. She started saying in front of the panchayat – I love my lover, not my husband. I want to be with him all my life. When her husband, who was sitting in Saudi Arabia, came to know about this, he immediately reached India.
Coming home, he explained to his wife. When the wife did not listen to her husband, he was ready to divorce her. The husband then gave the wife triple talaq in front of everyone in the panchayat. After the divorce, the woman was remarried to her lover. But the married woman’s parents are not happy with this marriage. He went to the police and complained that his daughter was forced into this marriage.
Then the police called the married woman to the police station. The married woman here said that no one forced her for this marriage. She is married to her lover of her own free will. After this, the police explained to the family of the couple. He said- your daughter is an adult. In such a situation we cannot file any case against them.
