Meanwhile, the next hearing of the Kolkata rape case will be held in the Supreme Court on September 9.

The hearing was earlier scheduled to take place on September 5, but the hearing could not be held due to the absence of the Chief Justice on the bench. Sandeep Ghosh’s plea against the High Court’s order to investigate the RG tax corruption case by the CBI will be heard in the Supreme Court on Friday.
