Aman died in the accident
A youth was killed in a horrific accident in Uttar Pradesh’s Moradabad on Monday night. The young man went to bring a cake to surprise his sister on her birthday. On his way back, he was run over by an out-of-control Thar driver at Fawara Chowk in Civil Lines Police Station area. The people present at the spot took him to the hospital, where the youth died during treatment. The deceased youth has been identified as 25-year-old Aman. As soon as the information was received, the police reached and registered a case against the accused Thar driver and arrested him.
The police are investigating the matter. According to the police, it was Aman’s sister Mahi’s birthday. He wanted to give his sister a surprise gift. So I biked home without telling anyone to buy a cake. Return: As soon as Fuvara reached Charrasta, a young man came riding a Thar and driving recklessly. Aman had an argument with this young man. Meanwhile, the accused crushed the youth. Aman was seriously injured in this incident.
Case under hit and run clause
Passers-by rushed Aman to General Hospital, where he died during treatment. As soon as the information was received, the police reached the spot and took possession of Aman’s body and sent it for postmortem. In this case, a case has been registered against the accused under hit and run and other related sections and he has been arrested. Police seized the accused’s car and produced him in court on Tuesday, from where he was sent to jail for 14 days judicial custody.

Medical examination of the accused
Aman was the only son of his parents. In such a situation, after his death, the condition of the family members is becoming miserable and crying. Regarding this incident, SP City Ranvijay Singh said that after the death of the injured youth in the road accident, the accused has been arrested and sent to jail. The police are investigating the matter. According to the police, it has been alleged that the accused Thar driver was drunk at the time of the accident. Hence the medical examination of the accused has been done.
