Assembly elections are going to be held in Jammu and Kashmir, for which election campaigning has started. Meanwhile, the series of accusations and counter-accusations continues. Meanwhile, National Conference Vice President and former Chief Minister of the state Omar Abdullah attacked Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday. He said that instead of raising the issue of dynastic politics in the union territory, the PM should focus on the deteriorating security situation in Jammu and Kashmir.
Speaking to reporters in Kulgam district, the National Conference vice-president said that not even 24 hours had passed since the terrorist attack in Kishtwar, in which two army personnel were martyred. A clash is going on between the army and terrorists in North Kashmir. But PM Doda is giving a speech, he is talking about dynastic politics to mislead people, when he should be talking about the current situation in Jammu and Kashmir.
Omar Abdullah’s target on BJP
Targeting the BJP, Omar Abdullah said that when Article 370 was abrogated on August 5, 2019, the people of the country were told that Jammu and Kashmir gets special status and since it was abrogated, Kashmir has guns. Its (gun) effect will be over. He said that it has been five years, but the encounter is still going on, the terrorists are still spreading terror.

‘Nothing seems wrong when there is a need’
On the prime minister’s dynastic politics attack on the National Conference, Congress and PDP, Abdullah said he sees nothing wrong with the BJP when it needs them. He said, ‘When BJP needed one of these (NC, PDP and Congress) families, we were not responsible for the destruction. When the BJP formed an alliance with the PDP, they did not find anything wrong with the PDP. There was nothing wrong between us when Vajpayee wanted to make me a minister and he chose me. Now elections are going to be held so BJP is seeing something wrong in us.
Omar Abdullah’s leader said that if BJP has less seats to form the government after the elections and PDP decides to support them again, then they (BJP) will not find anything wrong with PDP at that time. He said that it is a matter of time, such political statements continue and these things are forgotten after the elections are over.
The PM attacked the politics of dynasticism
In fact, PM Modi started the election campaign in Jammu and Kashmir on Saturday. He held his first election rally in Doda. Meanwhile, while addressing the public, the PM attacked the opposition parties. The PM said that there is a fight between the new leadership and dynasties of Congress, PDP and National Conference. This dynasty has ruined Jammu and Kashmir.
