Trial run of Vande Bharat Express from Chhattisgarh’s Raipur to Visakhapatnam will be conducted on Monday. Preparations have been started by the railways for this. Railways have delivered new rakes from Madras to Durg station. A new rack is placed on the washing line. This train will be dispatched from Raipur to Visakhapatnam on Monday. It is believed that the Vande Bharat Express train will reach Visakhapatnam from Raipur in 7 hours.
This train will leave Raipur at 10.30 am for Visakhapatnam. Currently five trains run on this route due to which people face difficulty in getting tickets during the festive season. And only two out of five sewers run seven days a week. While three trains run only one or two days a week.
A journey of 10 hours will be completed in just 7 hours
Railway officials believe that traveling by Vande Bharat Express train will save people time. People can complete a 10 hour journey in just 7 hours. It has been decided to stop the train at all stations on the first day of the trial. So to know how many hours the train takes from Raipur to Visakhapatnam after stopping at all the stations.
Durg will leave from the railway station
Informing Railway officials said that currently people have to travel for 10 hours from Raipur to Visakhapatnam but this will not be the case with Vande Bharat Express. Vande Bharat will cover the distance from Raipur to Visakhapatnam in 7 hours. People will save three hours of time by traveling through Vande Bharat. It was also said that the new Vande Bharat will be launched from Durg railway station. Officials also said that Vande Bharat trains will be operated from 10 different locations in the country. Out of which Chhattisgarh has also got one. This is the second Vande Bharat train to be received by Chhattisgarh.
