State Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath ordered all government officials in Uttar Pradesh to provide details of their movable and immovable assets. All employees have been ordered to upload their details on the Manav Samvida portal by 31st August. The order said that if the employees do not upload the details by August 31, their salary will not be paid.
Meanwhile, Basic Education Officer Swati Bharti in UP’s Hathras has issued an order to all employees and teachers in her department to provide details of their movable and immovable assets. He has issued a letter to the department saying that if the details are not provided by August 24, action may be taken.
What does the order say?
In her order, Swati cited a government order saying that the UP government has instructed state employees to register details of movable and immovable assets on the human resource portal. In view of this Government Order, all officers and employees of the Department are directed to feed the details of movable and immovable property on the Human Resource Portal by Shri Balwant Morya, District Coordinator MIS by 24.08.2024.
Salary will be deducted if data is not fed
The order further states that after feeding the details of their movable and immovable property on the HR portal, all officers and employees will have to self-attest and deposit the certificate in the office. If any officer-employee of the department does not give complete details of his property or does not submit the feed within the given time, then the salary of that officer-employee for the month of August will not be given to him.
