Ahana Kumara revealed, not getting work for last 3 years

After struggling on TV and OTT, Ahana Kumara has also worked in Bollywood films. The actress was last seen in the film ‘India Lockdown’ released in the year 2022. Ahana Kumara has been away from the big screen due to several issues. Now recently the actress herself revealed that she has not been getting any role offers for the past three years.
Actress Ahana Kumara said that she has not found work for 3 years. He was looking for a good character for a long time. But he has not received any offer yet. Due to this, Ahana Kumara has now started looking for some other option. The actress has also revealed a lot about Bollywood in the interview.
There is no work for three years
Speaking to Hindustan Times, Ahana said, “Now I am not being offered any show or film. No offer received for over three years. Not willing to give me any work. I have done a lot of work on OTT, but I have not had any work for a long time and neither have I had any problems with it.”

In the same interview, Ahana Kumara expressed concern about the lack of offers for actors like her and said, “Only A grade actors get good work in Bollywood as most producers want to cast them in their films. They want to hire a star who charges less. So now I am looking for other forms of cinema as I have to run my house. I am thinking of options other than acting.”
Nothing to do with the good actor tag
The actress continued, “To be honest, I have been labeled a ‘good actor’ for a long time, but this label has done more harm than good to my career. But now I am tired. Even if you are a good actor, no one gives you work and if I don’t get work, I have nothing to do with the tag of being a good actor. “I have to pay my bills.”
The film industry has become like a fish market
Ahana Kumara further explained how actors can be replaced in the industry. There is a lot of competition in this field. Nowadays everyone is so easily replaceable. It has become like a fish market, we will buy from wherever it is cheaper.
Ahana opens a production house!
In the same conversation, the actress said that she has opened her own production house. Ahana said, “As soon as I have something, I will be happy to announce it. I did a pooja for a production house a few days ago. I will make both OTT and theater projects, my full focus is on that, I do this from morning till night.
