The police have raided a residential society flat in Noida, which is adjacent to the national capital Delhi, and detained 39 young men and women. A rave party was allegedly going on at night in the flat. All the people caught in the police raid are students of reputed universities. Police have seized a large number of Haryana label liquor bottles and hookahs from the spot.
According to a Noida Police official, on Friday night, the police received information that many people were having a rave party at a flat in Supernova Society, Sector-94, Noida. The police raided the flat at midnight. The police detained 39 young men and women from the spot. During the inquiry it was found that all the youths who participated in the party were students of a reputed university.

The Noida Police said the students, aged between 16 and 20, were caught partying at the Supernova Society flats in Sector 94 on Friday night. Liquor bottles with Haryana labels have been recovered from the flat. The police also recovered hookahs from the spot. All the students were allegedly having a rave party when the police raided the flat. Police have detained all of them.
The message was sent on WhatsApp
Noida Police spokesperson said that a message was sent on WhatsApp to the students to party. Party information was being shared through him. According to the police spokesperson, during the interrogation of the detained youths, it was found that the students were invited to the party by sending messages on WhatsApp. An entry fee of Rs 500 was charged for each person participating in the party and Rs 800 for a couple. The message sent to the students has also been found by the police. A police spokesperson said that a case has been registered under relevant sections in this matter.
