After the defeat of former West Bengal BJP president Dilip Ghosh from the Burdwan-Durgapur Lok Sabha seat, the internal strife has come to the fore in the party. Dilip Ghosh has questioned the state BJP leadership by tweeting on former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee’s statement. He wrote that one thing should be kept in mind, not a single old worker of the party should be neglected. If necessary, separate ten new workers, because the old workers are the only guarantee of our victory. It is not right to trust new workers so quickly.

Let us tell you that the Bengal BJP has received a big blow in the Lok Sabha elections. West Bengal TMC has increased its number of seats from 22 to 29. While BJP’s number of seats has reduced from 18 to 12. Party leaders like former BJP president Dilip Ghosh, ministers Nishith Pramanik, Arjun Singh, Locket Chatterjee have faced defeat.
