Rajasthan Government has made major administrative changes
In a major administrative reshuffle, the Bhajanlal government of Rajasthan has transferred 108 IAS officers. This administrative reshuffle is being linked with by-elections to six seats in Rajasthan. In the list of 108 IAS officers, 13 district collectors have been replaced, but the government has been very kind to the two senior IAS officers stuck since the previous Congress government.
While this major change has been made, 20 IAS officers have been given additional charge. According to the list of 108 IAS officers, Shubhra Singh has been made Chairman, Rajasthan State Road Transport Corporation, Jaipur, Shreya Guha has been made Additional Chief Secretary, Rural Development Department, Jaipur, Bhaskar A Sawant has been made Principal. Ashwini Bhagat, Secretary, Public Health Engineering and Ground Water Extension Department, Jaipur, has been assigned the charge of Secretary, Minority Affairs and Time Division, Public Health Engineering and Ground Water Extension Department, Jaipur.
Who got responsibility where?
Talking about the changed 13 collectors, Dr. in the capital Jaipur. Jitendra Kumar Soni has been made the new Collector. On the other hand, Hari Mohan Meena in Dig, Dr. Pradeep K. in Jalore. Gawande, Ramavatar Meena in Jhunjhunu, Mukul Sharma in Sikar, Shubham Chaudhary in Rajsamand, Ashish Modi in Churu, Alpa Chaudhary in Sirohi, Tijara Kishore Kumar in Khairthal, Lok Bandhu in Ajmer, Tina Dabi in Barmer, Sriganganagar and Dr. Alwar. Artika Shukla has been given the new charge.
Two senior IAS officers are holding this post
At the same time, Finance Department ACS Akhil Arora and Home Department Principal Secretary Anand Kumar have been kept in the same position. Akhil Arora has been in the finance department since the previous Congress government. During the Congress government in 2020, he got posting on the post of Principal Secretary. When he was promoted in 2022, he became ACS but remained in post and was not transferred anywhere. Similarly, Anand Kumar is in the Home Department from 28 October 2022. The post of Principal Secretary of the Home Department got a posting under the Congress regime which is still intact.
IAS Tina Dabi got new responsibility
Apart from this, Rajasthan’s famous IAS officer Tina Dabi has once again been sent to the border area. Tina Dabi will now hold the post of Barmer District Collector. Before this, Tina Dabi had been the Collector of Jaisalmer in the previous Congress government and during this time the issue of Pakistani migration gained momentum due to which Tina Dabi became very popular. While Tina Dabi’s husband IAS Pradeep Gawande has been transferred to the post of collector of Jalore district.
