The neet pg awaits a result for over two lakh medical students appearing in the 2024 examination. The examination was held in CBT mode on August 11. Result nbems’ official website will be issued to natboard.edu.in, which candidates in exam can check through their roll number and application number. According to media reports, the results can be announced as late as this month. However, the date of return has not yet been announced by the national board of examination in medical sciences. There were 2,28,540 medical students in the neet pg examination this time. The exam was conducted in two shifts across 170 cities across the country at 416 centres.

How much seats was the exam for?
The neet pg examination was conducted on 26,699 for admission to the doctors of medicine (md), 13886 master of surgery (ms) and 922 pg diploma seats This year the examination date was changed many times.
The examination was to take place on 3 March, but was subsequently postponed. The national medical commission (NMC) had postponed the examination for 23rd June due to the chariot itinerary but it was also cancelled and the examination was held on August 11.
