These days Nawazuddin Siddiqui is busy promoting his upcoming movie Routhu Ka Raj. In this film, he is playing the role of a policeman, who is busy solving murders. Now during an interview before the release of the film, Nawazuddin Siddiqui has spoken openly about Bollywood. He has targeted Bollywood.

In an interview to Film Companion, when he was asked if his expectations from Bollywood have come down? Regarding this, Nawazuddin Siddiqui said, “I was down before, still down and will be down in the future. I have no special expectations from Bollywood. Yes, we believe in regional cinema, individual directors, producers or those who sit alone and do their work. There is hope from them and it is also visible.

Nawazuddin said that the actors are very confused. He said, “He wants to be an actor, but he watches films like a hero. Children lack clarity. Clarity is very important. There’s a lot of stuff out there. You get to choose what you want to see. Otherwise, you’ll be scrolling and drifting.”

Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s Rauthu Ka Raaz is going to premiere on ZEE5 on June 28. The film is directed by Anand Surapur. Apart from Nawaz, Atul Tiwari, Narayani Shastri and Rajesh Kumar are also in important roles in the film.
