Navdeep Singh was inspired by Kartik Aryan’s ‘Chandu Champion’.
Recently, Paris Paralympics 2024 has been announced across the country. India has won a total of 29 medals in this Paralympics. This has been India’s best ever performance. To celebrate this, recently three Paralympians Sumit Antil, Avni Lekhara and Navdeep Singh took to the stage. Meanwhile, ‘Chandu Champion’ actor Karthik Aryan was also present at the event.
Karthik Aryan’s film ‘Chandu Champion’ was talked about in this event organized in Mumbai. ‘Chandu Champion’ is a biographical sports drama film released in the year 2024. During the event, Navdeep Singh was asked if he had seen the film, to which he replied that he had downloaded the film.
Navdeep saw Chandu Champion on his way to Paris.
Navdeep said, “I specifically downloaded and took this movie, I was watching the movie on my way to Paris.” Talking about the film, he said, “The film is very motivating. A scene where the coach motivates him and where Dara Singh’s fight is shown. All these scenes have a lot of inspiration. Navdeep said that the entire film is full of inspiration.

On Navdeep’s reply, Kartik Aryan said that his life is more motivating than the film if seen. He said, “I’ve only lived that character for a year and a half, but the never-give-up attitude that all these Paralympians have faced is amazing. Anyone will forget their problems after seeing them.
A film has been made on Muralikant Petkar
At the India Today Conclave, he was asked about the story of ‘Chandu Champion’ and working in the film. On this, Karthik said that when the film’s director Kabir Khan narrated the story to him, what stood out the most was that every moment of the film was celebrated. Karthik Aaryan is playing the role of Muralikant Petkar in the film. Muralikant Petkar was the first athlete to win a gold medal for the country at the Paralympics.
