Narwa MLA in Haryana accused of rape.
In Haryana’s Jind, a woman has accused Ramnivas Surjakheda of rape by a woman who quit the JJP and resigned from the assembly. The woman also filed an FIR against him at the Jind Women’s Police Station on Thursday. Apart from this, several allegations have also been made against the MLA’s wife, the driver of his car and a councilor of Narwana city. Mahila Thana police have registered a case against all four. However, even after registering the FIR, the police department has remained silent on the matter.
MLA Ramnivas Surjakheda has called these allegations baseless by posting on social media. He says the charges against him are politically motivated. He says that a political conspiracy is being hatched against him. MLA Ramnivas has also given his statement in this matter on the social media platform

In this regard, Ramnivas said that he never thought that politics would come to such a low level. This attempt to weaken me as part of a pre-election conspiracy is unfortunate. I have come to know from some sources that some anti-social elements have lodged a false rape FIR against me. But still I am ready for every ordeal. Law appeals that the entire matter be investigated impartially. I am ready for any cooperation
After this case of Ramnivas Surjakheda, he has resigned from the post of MLA. After this case of Ramnivas Surjakheda, the Assembly Speaker has also accepted this resignation. The Speaker of the Legislative Assembly has also accepted this resignation.
Won on JJP ticket
Ramnivas won on JJP ticket in 2019. He said goodbye to the party a few days ago. Sending his resignation letter to JJP National President Ajay Singh Chautala, he wrote that the activities of the party for the last two years were going against his political ideology. Aggrieved by all this, he is resigning from all positions, responsibilities and primary membership. After resigning, Surjakheda said that he will join BJP soon. Some other friends will also join BJP with him.
