What’s in Yogi Sarkar’s new guidelines?
Our country India is known for its variety of cuisines. Many such dishes are prepared here which cannot be seen or heard in the rest of the world. Our food is not only a dish made of spices, but also reflects the culture of the country, but for the last several days there are cases where it is seen that food is sold in big shops or shops. Videos of people on the roads are going viral in which some spit while making juice and some mix waste material. After such cases came to light, the Yogi government of Uttar Pradesh has issued an advisory for all dhabas/restaurants in UP, which every dhaba/restaurant owner will now have to follow.
CM Yogi Adityanath is known for his sharp and immediate decisions. A major decision has been taken by taking strict action regarding adulteration of food items. He convened a high-level meeting today i.e. 24th September and instructed to make necessary amendments in the Food Safety and Standards Act to ensure the purity of food items.
According to the instructions, strict action will be taken against restaurant and dhaba operators if food adulteration is found. Now, if any kind of fraud is found in your dhaba/restaurant, you will have to face the consequences.
CM Yogi gave strict orders
In the meeting, CM Yogi said that mixing human waste in food items like juice, dal and roti is very disgusting. All this will not be accepted at any cost. The Chief Minister has directed that food establishments like dhabas/restaurants etc will now be thoroughly checked. Also, police verification and background check will be done for every employee working in the Dhaba/Restaurant. If any mistake is found in these matters, you may have to pay a heavy price. Apart from this, CM Yogi has also instructed that henceforth it will be mandatory to display the name and address of the operator, proprietor, manager etc. on the food center. Whether it is a chef or a waiter in a restaurant, they will be required to wear a mask and the waiters will also have to wear gloves. Henceforth it will also be mandatory to install CCTV in every hotel/restaurant or dhaba. As per the notification, strict action will be taken against the manager/owner if there is adulteration of garbage or dirty items. Not only will he lose his license, he can also face jail time.
You also have to maintain cleanliness in the kitchen
CM Yogi has clearly stated in his instructions that the employees, cooks, waiters and owners working in any hotel/restaurant or dhaba have to take special care that there is no dirt in the kitchen. Special attention has to be paid to the cleanliness and maintenance of the kitchen and the utensils used there. Recently, after the incident of human urine found in juice in Ghaziabad, the Yogi government has taken a strict stance and has also issued cleanliness guidelines to juice sellers. Hotels/restaurants/dhabas and street vendors have also welcomed Yogi Sarkar’s order.
What did the people say on the order of the CM?
After the recent incident of urine being found in juice in Ghaziabad, the Yogi government has taken a strict stance and has also issued cleanliness guidelines to juice sellers. Similarly, Pankaj, who runs a juice shop in Noida, says that he takes special care of the cleanliness of his juice shop. After Yogi Sarkar’s order, he will wear gloves while making juice. CCTV is certainly expensive, but we will also install CCTV for security. Apart from this, people also say that such an order should be implemented at the earliest to stop such cases. The Chief Minister said that concrete arrangements need to be made to prevent such incidents from happening in Uttar Pradesh.
This decision was given before Kanwar Yatra
You may recall that in the month of Sawan, hotels and dhabas along the Kanwar Yatra route were ordered to write the names of the owners outside, however the Supreme Court stayed the government’s decision. The court on July 22 said that shopkeepers need not reveal their identity. Now once again the Yogi government of the state has taken a big step and ordered that the hotel/restaurant or dhaba owners have to follow these new guidelines, this will send a strong message to those who want to mix food and drink with the life of common people. Playing the game.
However, merely by placing a placard or placing an order, a person will not be considered an adulterer. Testing agencies and food quality control teams also have to scrutinize these items very seriously to completely eliminate adulteration. There are many festivals in the coming days, so people are also worried about sweetmeats and other food items as test samples were taken at many places where adulteration of items like sweetmeats and milk were found in the past. So that they will not be able to do so and people will be able to get pure things.
