Musharraf’s family had 13 bighas of land in this state… Bid tripled, who is the new owner?

Former President of Pakistan Pervez Musharraf’s family land was auctioned online. This 13 Bigha land was declared enemy property. When it was auctioned, it was bid for three times the base price. Three people have bought it. Pervez Musharraf’s parents lived in the village where this land is located. Pervez Musharraf has never visited this village.

Former President of Pakistan Pervez Musharraf was born in Delhi. After partition he went to Pakistan. The original price of the 13 bigha land auctioned online was kept at Rs 39 lakh 6 thousand. The final bid by three people for this land was more than three times i.e. 1 crore 38 lakh 16 thousand rupees.

Musharraf’s family has wealth here

The auctioned land is in Baghpat district of Uttar Pradesh. Kotana village of the district had 13 bighas of land. In the year 2010 it was declared as enemy property. The land located in Bangar was auctioned online by Lucknow’s Enemy Property Custodian Office, which was originally priced at Rs 39 lakh 6 thousand, which has been auctioned for Rs 1 crore 38 lakh 16 thousand.

Pervez Musharraf was born in Delhi

Kotana village is about 8 kilometers from Baraut taluka of Bagpat, which has a population of about 15 thousand. Former President of Pakistan Pervez Musharraf’s parents lived in this village. But, before independence, his mother Zareen Begum and father Musharrafuddin came from here in 1943 and settled in Delhi. He moved to Neharwali Haveli, near Golcha Cinema, Daryaganj, Delhi. Where Pervez Musharraf was born. However, Musharraf never came to Kotana village and his family left India and settled in Pakistan during Partition.

Uncle Humayun was left in the village

Musharraf’s uncle Humayun who lived in Kotana. Later he sold his land to local people and left the country. Enemy property auctioned in Kotana village is registered in the revenue records in the name of Naru. Nuru went to Pakistan in 1965, 18 years after the partition of the country. Nuru is believed to be a relative of Pervez Musharraf. The 13 bigha land registered in Nuru’s name was declared as enemy property in 2010.
