Hi-tech car thief caught by police

Jaipur Police has arrested a car thief who is a resident of Nuh Mewat in Haryana. This thief is something special. This thief, who has studied M.Tech, takes his laptop and connects it to any luxury car, making away with its keys within minutes. After this, the accused kept the car hidden for a few days. After this, with the help of fake chassis number and engine number, he used to register these cars and sell them in North-Eastern states. Along with this thief, the police have also arrested two other criminals of the gang.

Now the police are busy investigating the network of this gang from Noah to Shimla and from Kohima to Guwahati. According to the police, the hi-tech thief has been identified as Aqeel Ahmed, a resident of Nooh. The accused said during police interrogation that he himself did not know how many people were in his gang. He is actually the mastermind of the gang, but he has different teams for different tasks and was only in touch with the team leader. Police have seized three luxurious cars from the possession of the accused.

Separate teams were formed for each task.

Apart from Rajasthan, the accused has committed these crimes in Haryana, Punjab and Delhi. According to Jaipur Police DCP (West) Amit Kumar, the accused formed different teams for different tasks. A team was racking. During this time, the team members would see where the luxury car was parked outside the house. After this, these people were telling the accused Akil. After this, the accused would bring his laptop and generate the key in just five minutes and give it to his companions. Another team was activated after the car was stolen.

The task of this team is to erase the chassis number and engine number from the vehicles and replace them with new numbers. After doing this, the third team takes care of the vehicles from registration to sale in North-Eastern states, especially Manipur, Tripura, Nagaland, Assam etc. According to DCP West, two SUVs were stolen from Vaishali Nagar area on May 27. Earlier in the month of April, a car was stolen from Jawaharnagar area. Police investigated these three cases. While tracking these vehicles, the police have now reached the accused Aqeel Ahmed.
