According to the police, the family members of the deceased girl have filed a complaint against Pushparaj, son of unemployed Congress MLA Sena Patel. It is said that the accused loved his daughter one-sidedly, while her daughter did not reciprocate him. Meanwhile, when they fixed their daughter’s marriage somewhere else, the accused overstepped the rift and started defaming her daughter. This broke his marriage. His daughter was very traumatized by this incident and due to this trauma she committed suicide.

According to the family members, the accused Pushparaj was constantly harassing their daughter. The police have registered a case against the accused Pushparaj in this case and started investigation. After the information of this incident came to light, the BJP leaders have attacked the Congress party. Terming the matter as a part of Congress policy, he said that this incident exposes the disgusting mentality of the Congress party towards women power. Media Chief of Madhya Pradesh BJP Ashish Aggarwal termed it as an abusive character of Congress.
