BJP leaders clashed with each other over Tata Motors showroom rent.
There was a fight between Pichor BJP MLA Pritam Lodhi and BJP district vice president Dilip Mudgal over the showroom rent. BJP district vice president Mudgal had leased his showroom to Tata Motors. For which an agreement was signed between the two until 2025. But before the contract was completed, Tata Motors started vacating the showrooms. Due to which the district vice president Dilip Mudgal locked the showroom.
A shocking case has come to light from Shivpuri in Madhya Pradesh. BJP district vice president Dilip Mudgal has a showroom on Gwalior Bypass. which he leased to Tata Motors. The showroom was being operated by Samarth Motors, a dealer in Gwalior. Even before renting this showroom, there was an agreement between the two. In which BJP district vice president Dilip Mudgal has leased the showroom till January 2025, but in the meantime a new showroom of Samarth Motors is ready at Barodi in Shivpuri.
Showroom lock
After the new showroom was ready, the manager of Samarth Motors started vacating the showroom of the BJP district vice president. Here the building owner locked the showroom demanding payment and back rent as per the agreement. Due to which a car of Samarth Motors and some other similar cars got stuck in the showroom. After which Samarth showroom operator Mukesh Aggarwal, Pichor MLA Pritam Lodhi reached the locked showroom with heavy police force.

We were shifting our showroom, but the building owner was demanding unnecessary rent as per the contract.
