In Motihari, Bihar, a vehicle driver ran over a young man and then hit a buffalo, resulting in his death. Giving information, villagers said that a pickup driver hit Sitaram Pandit’s son hard late at night, injuring him severely. Panicked by the incident, the driver ran away, during which he ran over the buffalo that was walking on the road, due to which the buffalo died on the spot.

After the incident, the driver was trying to flee from the spot, but before that the villagers caught him and chained his legs and locked him in a room for 24 hours. Meanwhile, after receiving information about the matter, the police reached the spot and opened the lock with the driver’s foot. During police interrogation, the driver said that the incident happened because his eyes were closed.
