Accused of online fraud
A young man living in Ambedkarnagar, Uttar Pradesh used to play online games. The young man had lost thousands of rupees in an online game. The youth informed the police about this fraud that happened to him. The police conducted a thorough investigation into the matter. The conspiracy hatched by the young man was exposed. Indeed, the young man lost money in a game of three cards.
The police received information on Dial 112 that a robbery of Rs 60,000 has taken place from a youth on Shukul Bazar Highway. As soon as the information was received, dial 112 and the police from Baskhari police station reached the spot. Narendra, who called the police, said that two unknown people on a white Apache had snatched Rs 60,000 from his son-in-law Dharmendra.
A self-inflicted plot
After the complaint, the police suspected Dharmendra and started investigation from the same angle. When the police started investigating the case, a shocking conspiracy came to light. The young man who accused him of robbery had himself fallen into his own trap. According to the police investigation, Dharmendra deposited Rs 25,000 from the Jan Seva Kendra into his Airtel Payment Bank account twice. Dharmendra told the police that he was playing the three-card game by betting money frequently. In this he lost 42293 rupees. 7707 rupees are left in Dharmendra’s account, while 10,000 rupees have been recovered from the tool box of Dharmendra’s motorcycle. Dharmendra told the police that he had made the allegation of robbery to avoid being reprimanded at home.
SP Dr. Kaustubh said that after receiving information about the snatching, when the police reached there and investigated the matter, they realized that the information was false. A young man lost money in an online game of three cards. The young man accused him of grabbing the money so that he would not be reprimanded at home. SP Dr. Kaustubh said that this type of online game is very dangerous. Youth should avoid addiction to these types of games. The SP warned that action would be taken against anyone who gives false information to the police.
