BJP MLA threatened

A case of death threat to a BJP MLA has come to light in UP’s Ballia. Three people including BJP MLA Ketki Singh have been threatened with death. Pamphlets have been pasted in public places stating that he will be killed before the year 2024 ends. The pamphlet says money has flowed in and gang members have become active in the district. Apart from this, the district administration has also been given an open challenge in this pamphlet. If an open challenge has been given, stop if you can.

In view of this threat, the security of BJP MLA Ketki Singh has been increased. However, on the threat she received, the BJP MLA has said that she is not afraid of anyone. He said I don’t have personal enmity with anyone… yes, definitely political enmity. I help people that some people may not like.

Pamphlets have been placed in many places

In this matter, Ballia Superintendent of Police Vikrant Veer said that a case has been registered against unknown persons and investigation has been started. In fact, Ketki Singh, a BJP MLA from Ballia’s Bansdih assembly constituency, has received death threats. Not only threats but pamphlets have been pasted in public places. In the same pamphlet, along with the MLA, two other people Bhanu Dubey and Shubham Chaube are also threatened. The pamphlet says that the money has arrived. All three will be completed by the end of 2024.

‘I am a Kshatriya, I will not bow down’

After this pamphlet, BJP MLA Ketki Singh said that I got information in the morning that someone has issued an open challenge to two more people with my name and claimed to have plotted to kill us. We have received those letters. Threats are written on the letters with a red pen and a note is attached. Currently, the administration is investigating the matter. In this matter, the BJP MLA said that my area has been a Naxalite area. Naxalites lived in SP-BSP governments and daily shootings and killings were commonplace. Ever since the Lok Sabha elections, they are realizing that our employment can come back, so they are trying to flourish again. He said that I am a Kshatriya who has to do whatever he has to do. I will not bend.
