A common man cannot have a hand in the paper leak, the order of arrest of MLA Bedi Ram and Vipul Dubey gang points to this powerful nexus. On one hand NEET UG paper leak case is being prosecuted and hearing is going on in court, on the other hand arrest warrant has been issued against gangster court MLA Bedi Ram in 2006 railway recruitment paper leak case. It was Bedi Ram who himself was once a Railway TTE. Yesterday, the Gangster Court issued arrest warrants against 19 people, including Subhasp MLA Bedi Ram and Nishad Party MLA Vipul Dubey, and fixed July 26 as the date for framing charges. An order has also been given to the Lucknow Police to arrest both of them.

The Special Task Force i.e. STF of UP has made a major revelation regarding the railway recruitment paper leak. According to the STF, Bedi Ram was named as accused number one and Vipul Dubey as accused number seven in the case. That means Bedi Ram is the main accused and also the kingpin in the whole case. 9 cases of paper leak have been registered against Bedi Ram and Vipul Dubey gang. In the year 2006, UP STF also arrested Bediram and his associates with evidence.

Horoscope of Subhaspa MLA Bedi Ram

Bedi Ram is originally from Jaunpur. Before joining politics, he worked as a TTE in Railways. Now Bedi Ram is an MLA on Om Prakash Rajbhar’s party Subhaspa i.e. Suheldev Bharatiya Samaj Party ticket. In the year 2022, he became an MLA in the assembly elections from Jakhania of Gazipur. Jakhaniya is a reserved seat for Scheduled Castes. In this election, the Subhas Sabha had an electoral alliance with the SP. Then Bedi Ram defeated his nearest rival BJP candidate by around 36 thousand votes. Bedi Ram got 44.53 percent votes in this Dalit-dominated assembly constituency.

However, the Subha SP chief later severed ties with the SP and entered into an alliance with the BJP. So, Subhasap is now in alliance with BJP in power in Uttar Pradesh. This is not the first time that Bedi Ram has to go to jail, but he has been to jail many times before. Before 2014, he was arrested and sent to jail in 2006, 2008 and 2009 in the paper leak case. According to police records, he has also appeared for medical officer exam in Madhya Pradesh and was wanted in this case too. Police sources say that he earned a huge amount by leaking the paper, which is unaccounted for. Besides Madhya Pradesh, Bedi Ram is also accused of leaking papers in Himachal Pradesh.

‘I was tricked,’ explained Bediram
