Many of Munna Bhaiya’s dialogues and punchlines from the first two seasons of the web series ‘Mirzapur’ went viral on social media. This character settled in people’s hearts. The role was played by actor Divyandu Sharma and he was impressive with it. ‘Mirzapur 3’ released this month and Munna Bhaiyya is not in this season, but there is one character who is making a lot of headlines. That character belongs to poet Rahim. The name of the actor playing this character is Pallav Singh.
Another form of Rahim who entertains people by using profanity in his poetry is also seen in this series. They kill Lala. After seeing her look, people are hoping that her character will be expanded in the fourth season. Now whether it happens or not, we will have to wait for the fourth season, but now in an interview with TV9 Hindi Digital, Pallav has talked about his old days.
What did Pallava say about the gang?
Pallav said that he hails from Ghazipur, but has been living in Kota since the beginning. He did his schooling from there and then started doing theater in 11-12. He further stated that during his college days he used to create a lot of ruckus like other students. He used to go to tracks and ride bikes with friends. He jokingly said, “Back then we used to call bullying bullying. There was a gang. Our gang was called the Clippers. We used to race bikes, there was a place called the track. There we used to ride bikes at a speed of 100-120. Falling and falling, cutting and hitting. It means we are lucky to be alive.”

He continued, “Then a teacher said if you have so much energy do this, this is a thing called theatre. So, I started studying whatever courses were available. There were dramatic readings. Then you increase it a little more. You start talking while walking. He also revealed that after going viral, he received messages from many strangers, along with actors working in ‘Mirzapur’, who liked him and liked his work.
Beggar – I was chased like Pallava
He continued, “Many people have chased others before. I was scolded a lot by the office. I have been followed like a beggar coming to beg and they tell me to go ahead. So that’s how I got a lot of promotion.” However, Pallav started his acting career in the year 2022. Director Manas Mittal came up with a web series called ‘Mai’. Pallava was seen in it. Actress Sakshi Tanwar played an important role in that series. After that he also acted in Naseeruddin Shah’s series ‘Taj: Divided by Blood’ on ZEE5. However, he got his real identity with ‘Mirzapur 3’. This series has made him shine.
