Millions of assets of mafia Atiq Ahmed recovered, to be confiscated under Gangster Act

After Baahubali and the land mafia busted Atiq Ahmed and his brother Ashraf, Police Commissionerate Prayagraj’s action against their benami properties is on. The police have got information about benami assets of mafia Atiq Ahmed from Prayagraj to Lucknow, Noida and Delhi. So far the police have seized many of these properties under Gangster Act 14(1).

In this series, the police is preparing to seize another benami property worth crores of Baahubali Atiq Ahmed soon. While investigating a case under the prevailing Gangster Act against Baahubali Atiq Ahmed, the police discovered eight crore benami assets in Mirkhpur Upahar, Karchana. The police got the land verified from the revenue department. An investigation by the police and the administration found the case to be true.

The property will be confiscated under the Gangster Act

After which DCP City Deepak Bhukar has sent a report to the Police Commissioner’s Court to confiscate this benami property of Atiq Ahmed under the Gangster Act. According to DCP City, after obtaining the permission of the Police Commissioner Court, the attachment will be processed under Gangster Act 14 (1).

Let us tell you that Atiq Ahmed’s slaves had registered this benami property in the name of cleaner Shyamji Saroj. A property worth Rs 8 crore was created in the name of scavenger Shyamji Saroj. After the death of Atiq and Ashraf, their relatives were selling the property. Sanitation worker Shyam G Saroj himself came to Atarasuiya police station and reported the matter. A case has also been registered against four close friends of Atiq on the complaint of the victim Shyamji Saroj.

FIR against Atiq’s close people

Atarasuiya police station has registered a case against Javed Khan, Kamran Ahmed, Faraz Ahmed Khan, Shukla G and unknown persons, Atik’s close associates. Victim Shyamji Saroj is a scavenger and Korali is a resident of Nawabganj. According to DCP City Deepak Bhukar, other illegal and benami properties of mafia Atiq Ahmed are also being investigated.
