The miscreants molested the girl
In Meerut, Uttar Pradesh, the spirit of miscreants is high. A 16-year-old girl who was accompanying her brother was molested by some mischievous youths in Meerut. The youth got down from the motorcycle and beat the girl’s brother with sticks. The girl’s brother said that the young man was studying in the same school as the girl and had been harassing her for a long time.
Tired of being tortured by miscreants, the brother made his sister change her school. After changing the school, the girl went to take TC with her other brother. On the way, the youths dragged them and beat them both. Disturbed by this, the girl came home and drank the mosquito repellent all out. As the condition of the girl was very bad, the family admitted the girl to the hospital. The family also filed a police complaint against the harasser of the girl.
A case was registered under sections of extortion
Taking the matter seriously, the police registered a case under sections of molestation based on the mother’s complaint. Police said that an investigation is underway based on the complaint. The police have also formed a team to nab the accused minor youth. Currently, the doctors said that the condition of the girl is stable and she is undergoing treatment. The girl is still in shock so she is not talking to anyone.
The victim’s family also alleged that the girl was molested some time back and the girl’s father died due to the trauma. The victim’s brother said that he had lodged a complaint with the police earlier too, but the case was closed when his father died. Due to which the brother got his sister’s school changed. However, according to the police, they have no information about this.
SP Dehat Kamlesh Bahadur said that the matter has come to his notice and a case has been registered based on the complaint of the victim. A case has been registered on the basis that the girl has been accused of molestation.
