Miscreants seen on CCTV in Dewas district
A shocking revelation of the theft of 13 lakhs that took place last week in Barwani district of Madhya Pradesh has come to light. Police have arrested a criminal of Kanjar gang in this case. The incident took place on the night of August 27-28 and he did not remove his mask after coming from about 250 km away to hide his identity. As these thieves were being tracked by electronic surveillance, when the miscreants came to Dewas district and removed their masks from their faces, they were identified on the CCTV cameras.
After this, Barwani Police with the help of Dewas Police conducted a raid and arrested a criminal. The police have also seized 75 thousand rupees and a bike from this criminal. This information was given by Barwani SP Puneet Gehlod. He said that these vicious criminals tried their best to hide their identity. These miscreants committed the crime wearing a mask and reached Sajapur in Dewas by riding a bike for 250 km wearing this mask.
A criminal was caught
Here, when these miscreants took off their masks, they were identified with the help of CCTV cameras. After this Barwani Police shared the matter with Dewas Police and with the help of Dewas Police, a raid was conducted on the hideout of the accused. Meanwhile, six miscreants managed to escape, but one miscreant was caught. Based on the interrogation and trail of this miscreant, the police recovered the bike used in the crime and Rs. 75,000 have been captured.

Now the police have conducted raids to find other criminals involved in this incident. According to SP Puneet Gehlod, the incident took place at the house of businessman Arun Sahu. The miscreants stole Rs 11 lakh cash and jewelery worth over Rs 2 lakh from her house. Arun Sahu’s family members were sleeping in the house during this incident, but they too did not know about this incident. It is suspected that miscreants had sprayed him with some narcotic substance.
The revelation came after scanning 400 CCTVs
Due to which he woke up late the next day after the incident. He said that after receiving information about the incident, the police examined more than 400 CCTVs while investigating the matter. During this time, these miscreants were seen in masks in more than two dozen CCTV cameras, but as soon as the police started scanning the CCTV cameras of Sajapur, Dewas, these miscreants were spotted without masks. This is where his close-up came to be known.
