MNS chief Raj Thackeray

MNS President Raj Thackeray is on a tour of Marathwada these days. Raj Thackeray entered the bid today. He has held an important meeting with workers and officials in Beed. The meeting was held in the backdrop of the upcoming assembly elections. Meanwhile, Raj Thackeray also faced opposition. As soon as the MNS president reached the hotel, youths with saffron handkerchiefs tied around their necks created a ruckus. The youth present there started raising slogans against Thackeray.

Soon the protesting youths started throwing betel nuts and tomatoes at Raj Thackeray’s convoy. Seeing the protest, the MNS workers also became aggressive. A debate started among supporters of both parties. After this, the police present there intervened and also tried to suppress the demonstration. In a hurry, the police had to deploy a large number of personnel outside the hotel.

Tried to talk to the young man

Seeing the protest, Raj Thacker got out of his car and tried to talk to the youth. However, the protesting youths were not ready to listen to anything, so Raj Thackeray went to a hotel to attend the meeting. Regarding the protest, it was initially said that the protesting youth were associated with the Maratha movement, but later it was reported that they were Shiv Sena activists of the Uddhav Thackeray faction.

Assembly elections are due at the end of the year

Assembly elections are going to be held in Maharashtra later this year. In such a situation, Raj Thackeray is visiting various parts of the state and meeting MNS workers and preparing the election strategy. The protesting youth have questioned whose betel nut Raj Thackeray has brought in the assembly elections after the Lok Sabha elections. Activists also kept raising slogans of ‘Sopari Jata Reh’.

Strengthening the party before the elections

Currently, there is a coalition government in Maharashtra with BJP-Shiv Sena and NCP alliance. Shiv Sena leader Eknath Shinde is the Chief Minister of the state. On the other hand, Uddhav’s UBT is Mahavikas Aghadi which includes Shiv Sena, Congress and Sharad Pawar’s NCP. Raj Thackeray is currently alone and is working to strengthen the party by touring various parts of the state.
