The results of the Legislative Council elections in Maharashtra are out.

All 9 candidates of NDA (Mahayuti) have won in the Maharashtra Legislative Council elections. All the five BJP candidates Yogesh Tillekar, Pankaja Munde, Sadabhau Khot, Amit Gorkhe and Parinay Phuk have won. Kripal Trimane, Shinde Group’s Bhavna Gawali and Rajesh Whitekar, Ajitdada Group’s Shivajirao Garj have also won. There are news of cross voting of many Congress MLAs in this election.

Both the candidates of the Ajit Pawar faction of the Nationalist Congress Party have won in the Maharashtra Legislative Council elections. Ajit Pawar has called this victory a big victory. We thought we had 42 votes, but we got 5 more votes, he said. Rajesh Vitekar of Ajit group won by 23 votes and Shivajirao Garj by 24 votes. This is the first major victory for the Ajit group after the defeat in the Lok Sabha.

Pragya Satav of Congress won

Pragya Satav of Congress has won in Mahavikas Aghadi. Thackeray group’s Milind Narvekar is stuck on 22 votes. Shekap’s Jayant Patil, standing with Sharad Pawar’s NCP, got only 12 votes. His votes are still being counted, so nothing can be said about the result.

What did Pankaja Munde say after the win?

Former Minister and BJP MLA Sanjay Kute has claimed that Shiv Sena Thackeray group got 2 votes and Congress got 6 votes in the Legislative Council elections. At the same time, BJP leader Pankaja Munde’s first reaction after winning the Legislative Council elections is out. I feel happy. I will work harder for the party.

NDA has 9 seats, MVA has only one.

If seen this way, NDA i.e. Mahayutti has won 9 seats in Legislative Council elections while Bharat Gathbandhan i.e. Maha Vikas Aghadi has won only 1 seat so far. There are still screws stuck on the two seats. The final results of the election will also be declared in a short time.
