A shameful case has come to light from Kanpur in Uttar Pradesh. Here, a minor boy raped a 14-year-old girl with the lure of money. After two months, the minor girl became pregnant. When the family came to know about this, there was an uproar in the house. The victim’s family members went to the house of the accused to file a complaint. There he was abused and threatened to be cut with a sword.
The victim’s family returned home. He complained about this to the police. The police have registered a case against all the accused. A minor accused of rape has been arrested and sent to juvenile jail. The minor girl victim alleged that the accused raped her several times after blackmailing her.
The victim’s mother lodged a complaint with the police
The mother of the victim complained to the police and said that she lives in Narwal area. Her 14-year-old minor daughter was raped by a boy from the same village after luring her for money. The family members came to know about this two months after the incident when they found out that their minor daughter was pregnant on investigation.
Received death threats
The victim’s mother said that after getting information about the incident, she went to the house of the accused juvenile to file a complaint. The accused’s father Rajkumar alias Kelai and two brothers abused him and beat him with sticks and knives. Also threatened to kill. He alleged that the accused threatened to cut him with an ax if he complained to the police. The accused’s family is constantly harassing him to suppress the incident.
Police arrested the accused
After the matter came to his notice, DCP East Shravan Kumar instructed to register an FIR. A case has been registered in Narwal police station in this matter. Police station in-charge Rajesh Kumar Singh said that on the complaint of the victim’s mother, an FIR has been registered against the accused teenager for rape, POCSO, his father Rajkumar alias Kailai and two brothers for ill-treatment, assault and threats. Also the accused of rape has been arrested. As the accused is a minor, he is being sent to juvenile jail.
