A student has once again died in Rajasthan’s Kota. A coaching student committed suicide here. The deceased was a resident of Mathura, Uttar Pradesh. He was preparing for medical entrance exam with private coaching in Kota. Surprisingly, the deceased had come to Kota for studies only seven days ago. In seven days his mind was so filled with both his quota and life that he took such a terrible step.
21-year-old Parashuram came to Kota from Barsana in UP with dreams of becoming a doctor. He came to prepare for NEET. Only 7 days ago he took admission in private coaching. Parashuram was living on rent in a house in the old Jawahar Nagar area. If statistics are to be believed, this is the 12th case of student suicide in Kota this year.
Committed suicide by hanging from a fan
Giving information, Sub Inspector Gopal Lal Bairwa of Jawahar Nagar Police Station said that 21-year-old Parashuram, a resident of Manpur Barsana in Mathura district of Uttar Pradesh, committed suicide by hanging himself from a fan in his room at 11:30 pm on Wednesday. Raat landlord Anup Kumar informed the police control room about Parashuram’s suicide. In this regard Deputy Superintendent of Police II Rajesh Taylor, Police Officer Jawahar Nagar Harinarayan Sharma and police forces reached the spot. The FSL team also reached the spot along with them and the matter is currently being investigated.
Chaos among family members
The police have shifted the body of the deceased to the mortuary of MBS Hospital. When the family members came to know about Parashuram’s suicide, there was an uproar. Family members say they cannot understand what happened to Parashuram in just one week to make him so sad that he took such a drastic step. The question is whether he did not want to come to Kota or there was some kind of pressure on him after coming here which took his life. Now the police are trying to resolve this difference. Postmortem of the dead body will be done after the arrival of the family members.
