Bajaj Finance gains in the stock market

Wednesday saw a lot of ups and downs in the stock market. However, when the market closed at the end of trading, Bajaj Finance made the biggest gain, while TCS, the software company of Tata Group, lost steam.

On Wednesday, BSE Sensex closed at 82,948.23 points down by 131.43 points. While on Tuesday it had broken the record for highest closing high. On Tuesday, the Sensex closed at 83,079.66 points. Similarly, NSE Nifty 50 fell by 41 points and closed at 25,377.55 points on Wednesday.

Bajaj Finance showed its power

Bajaj Finance was the top gainer among the 30 stocks on BSE Sensex on Wednesday. At the end of trading, this stock was up 3.65 per cent and closed at 7,632.25 points. Its shares have given a return of Rs 268.50 in a single day. Its market capitalisation has touched Rs 4,72,433.47 crore.

Similarly, Bajaj Finance stock was the second biggest gainer on NSE Nifty. Here, the company’s share rose by 3.36 per cent and closed at Rs 7,613. The biggest gainer on NSE Nifty was Shriram Finance which closed at Rs 3,569 with a growth of 4.22 per cent.

The top five gainers on BSE Sensex were Bajaj Finserv, Nestle India, ICICI Bank and HDFC Bank. While on NSE Nifty, the names of Bajaj Finserv, Nestle India and HDFC Bank were included in this list.

TCS is already on the market

The biggest fall was seen in TCS shares in the market on Wednesday. The company’s stock fell 3.49 per cent and closed at Rs 4,346 on BSE. It has seen a loss of Rs 157.05 per share for the company in a single day. The market capitalisation of the company stood at Rs 15,72,637.92 crore.

The company’s stock also remained the weakest on NSE. It witnessed a fall of 3.50 per cent and settled at Rs 4,347.9.

Shares of HCL Tech, Infosys, Tech Mahindra and Sun Pharma were among the top five losers. Similarly, Infosys, HCL Tech, Tech Mahindra and Wipro were the top losers on NSE respectively.
