VIP Chief Mukesh Sahni’s father killed
The murder case of Jitan Sahni, father of Vikas Insan Party (VIP) Chief Mukesh Sahni in Darbhanga, Bihar has come to light. The police claim that due to a transaction dispute, four people got together and carried out the incident. Based on the CCTV footage, the police have identified the four accused and arrested them. The accused have confessed to the incident and also stated the reason behind the incident. Now the police are trying to connect all the links in this case. After the arrest of the accused, the Darbhanga police released a press note explaining the incident.
In which the police said that two people of the village took money from Jitan Sahni on interest by mortgaging the bike. On Monday late night around 10:30 pm, these two people along with their two other colleagues came to rescue the bike. Here these people had a dispute with Jitan Saha regarding the amount of interest. Meanwhile, the accused attacked Jitan Sahni with a knife and killed him. According to the police, the arrested accused had an altercation with Jitan Sahni two days ago over the same issue. Then the accused also threatened to teach Jitan Sahni a lesson.
The accused came fully prepared
According to the police, the four accused reached Jitan Sahni’s house with the intention of killing him. According to the police, all the four accused were carrying long bladed knives and all four attacked Jitan Sahni together. The bike-wielding accused stabbed Jitan Sahni in the stomach and tore the stomach by pulling it from the bottom up. Due to this, the intestines came out from Jitan Sahani’s stomach. According to the police, the accused continued to assault Jitan Sahni even after his death.
After committing the crime in half an hour, the miscreants left there
According to the police, the accused barged into Jitan Sahni’s house at 10.30 pm and left after committing the crime within half an hour. The footage of these miscreants entering and leaving the house has been recorded in the CCTV camera installed near Jitan Sahni’s house. Based on this footage, the police have also identified the accused. After the accused were identified, raids were conducted based on their mobile locations and taken into custody on Tuesday itself. He was then arrested late at night after necessary interrogation.
Jitan Sahni lived alone at home
Jitan Sahni, father of VIP chief Mukesh Sahni, lived alone in his house in Supaul, Darbhanga. 70-year-old Jitan Sahni had two servants staying with him to look after and cook his meals, although these two servants would go home at night after cooking and feeding him. After his departure, Jitan Sahni also used to lock the gate and come to the room and sleep. A similar incident happened on the day of the incident. As the accused knew the daily routine of Jitan Sahni, they entered Jitan Sahni’s house after the two servants left with the intention of committing the crime.
