The UP Chief Minister was on a tour of Varanasi and Azamgarh on Monday. He performed puja at Kashi Vishwanath temple on the first Monday of Shavan. Before that he had visited Azamgarh. Here he first held a meeting with public representatives. After which a meeting was held with the officials. Then CM Yogi sat with everyone. All MLAs, MLCs and Ministers of the area were called in the meeting. Commissioner, IG to all DMs and SPs of the area were also present in this meeting. In the same meeting, a BJP leader exposed bureaucracy in front of CM Yogi.
‘Leave the officials, even Chhote Babu does not pick up the phone’
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath sought suggestions from all MLAs. Member of Legislative Council Ramsurat Rajbhar spoke before making any suggestions. Rajbhar said that officials do not even take their official mobile numbers. CM Yogi asked who among the officials sitting here is doing this. Rajbhar said, leave the matter, now the lower government officials are also starting to do the same. He also said that corruption in government offices has increased a lot. Similar complaints have come from several other bills.
