The condition of village roads here is very bad. Here the ambulance cannot reach the village. A sick woman in the village was being taken to the hospital on a cot. In the meantime, the woman died. The people of the village are disturbed by the false promises of the government and are raising many questions.
The case is from Baseria village of Latehar district. Shanti Kujur, wife of Ramish Minj, suddenly fell ill here on Monday morning. Due to the lack of road facilities, the villagers made the woman lie on a cot, put her on their shoulders with the help of a rope and bamboo and took her to the hospital on foot. Due to deteriorating health, the woman died before reaching the hospital.
The ambulance reached halfway
Villagers said that after walking several kilometers from the village, they took the woman in an ambulance. He was taken to hospital by ambulance. The doctor declared the woman dead on reaching the hospital. The villagers say that if the government had improved the roads, Shanti Kujur would have been alive today.
