The party was put on the defensive over vulgar remarks made by Congress workers against Congress MP Kumari Selja. While Bharatiya Janata Party is aggressive in this matter. However, after the announcement of the rally for the Congress, it has now become clear that Kumari Selja will stay only with the Congress.
Much to Selja’s displeasure
Kumari Selja was upset with the party over ticket distribution in the Haryana elections. Tickets were not given to some seats as per their wish. That is why after the list of candidates came out on September 2, Selja withdrew from the election campaign. She herself wanted to contest the assembly elections, but did not get a ticket, which was also believed to be a reason for Selja’s displeasure.

Amid reports of Selja’s displeasure, Surjewala made a post on X on Monday. Writing in it, he said that he would address 22 public meetings for Congress candidate Satbir Dublen in Narwana. Along with this he wrote that MP Kumari Selja will also address a public meeting in Narwana on 26th at 12 noon and campaign for Congress. In this rally, Rahul Gandhi will also be seen campaigning with Kumari Selja.
