Police officer Ravindra said that the Kuzi gang targets people at places like hospitals, banks, ATMs. In such a situation, people carry more cash and the Khujli gang takes advantage of the same opportunity to sprinkle powder, make the person suffer from itching and secretly take away his belongings.
