The CBI is busy looking for a bigger conspiracy in the Kolkata rape-murder case. On Friday, the CBI submitted a sealed investigation report in Kolkata’s Sealdah court. Along with this, permission has been sought to conduct polygraph test of Sandeep Ghosh, former principal of RG Kar Medical College and Hospital and Abhijit Mandal, former OC of Tala Police Station. Also demanded five more days CBI remand of both the accused.
Let us tell you that Sanjay Roy, who was arrested in the Kolkata rape murder case, was also virtually produced on Friday. Along with this, Sandeep Ghosh and Abhijit Mandal were also produced in the court. On August 9, in the Lady Doctor rape and murder case, the CBI arrested both the accused on charges of tampering with facts and registering an FIR, respectively.

CBI wants to conduct narco test of Sandeep Ghosh
Before this, 10 people including Sandeep Ghosh were subjected to polygraph test. Now CBI wants to do narco analysis of Sandeep Ghosh. A source of Central Investigation Agency has claimed this. Earlier, he wanted rape and murder accused RG to undergo a narco test at the hospital.
According to CBI sources, they want to take Sandeep Ghosh to Gujarat for narco test. An application has been filed in the Sealdah court regarding this. According to sources, confusion still prevails over the questioning of the former OC of Tala police station. This is why investigators need a polygraph test. CBI has got the CCTV footage of Tala Police Station.
The CBI submitted a status report to the court
According to sources, the report of all footage sent to CFSL for investigation will come in next 1-2 days. Investigators believe the footage warrants further investigation. Apart from this, CCTV investigation of RG car has also been completed. Further questioning of the accused is required regarding the suspects who appear.

After the Supreme Court in the Kolkata rape case, now the CBI has also filed a status report in the Sealdah court. A copy of the second status report filed by the agency in the Supreme Court has been produced. On this day the report was submitted in an envelope.
