A total of 10 people including accused Sanjay Roy and former principal Sandeep Ghosh were subjected to polygraph test. Accused Sanjay Roy was subjected to a psychological test. Although Sanjay Roy accepted the charge during interrogation by the Kolkata Police, he later denied the charge during CBI interrogation and a polygraph test, saying that he had no involvement in the murder. When he reached the seminar hall, the trainee doctor was found dead.

But when the Kolkata Police and the CBI clashed over the CFSL report, the CBI sent it to AIIMS for investigation. CBI sources say that the CBI may present the CFSL report in the court on Monday. However, according to preliminary investigations, the case involving the junior doctor in Kolkata was not a “gang rape”. Sanjay Roy was mainly involved in this matter. The CBI investigation in the case is almost complete and the investigation will soon be taken up with charge sheets.
