The CBI is now eyeing former RG Car principal Sandeep Ghosh’s close aides in the Kolkata rape case. CBI is continuously investigating the matter. The process of inquiry is going on even on Saturday. Meanwhile, CBI officials have questioned Birupaksha Biswas, an alleged close aide of former RG Kar Hospital principal Sandeep Ghosh. After the Kolkata rape case controversy, Birupaksha Biswas was transferred from Burdwan Medical College and Hospital to the remote Kakdwip Hospital in South 24 Parganas district.
The CBI on Saturday questioned former RG car principal Sandeep Ghosh’s former associate Birupaksha Biswas and other doctors – Avik Dey, Ranjit Saha and Saurabh Paul.
Let us tell you that the CBI has so far questioned more than 100 people in this case. After the death of the lady doctor on August 9, three accused have been arrested in this case. They include civic volunteer Sanjay Roy, ex-principal of RG CAR Sandeep Ghosh and ex-OC of Tala Abhijeet Mandal.

Doctors returned to work after 43 days
On the other hand, RG Kar Medical College and Hospital is back to normal after 43 days of the Kolkata rape and murder case. The junior doctors returned to work from Saturday morning. As promised, the doctors started working in the emergency department. However, senior doctors are still seeing patients outside. Junior doctors Birupaksha Biswas have said that they will return to outdoor work if the state government accepts some conditions.

Junior doctors started a strike demanding justice in this incident. After meeting the Chief Minister himself for the first time and the Chief Secretary for the second time, the agitators withdrew their decision to go on strike from Saturday.
Doctors are demanding that the guilty be punished at the earliest
Earlier on Friday, the junior doctors’ association took out a procession of about three and a half kilometers from Swasthya Bhavan to CGO complex. Young doctors of the state made it clear that the Central Investigation Agency cannot extend the case of murder and rape in RG. Take immediate action against the culprits.
