Sandeep Ghosh was arrested by the ED in the RG tax corruption case. Now the CBI has arrested him in a rape case. In this way, a total of three people have been arrested in this case. The next day after the incident, the Kolkata Police arrested the accused Sanjay Roy.
Let us tell you that on August 9, the dead body of lady doctor RG Kar was found in the seminar hall of the hospital. Later, the post-mortem report revealed that the doctor was raped and killed.

Sandeep Ghosh is accused of hiding the facts in the case of the death of the lady doctor. The mother and father of the deceased have been alleging that the facts have been manipulated. Initially, the hospital management told him over the phone that the lady doctor had committed suicide. It was later proved to be a case of rape and murder.

The CBI also said during the hearing in the Supreme Court that the crime scene has completely changed. In such a situation it is very difficult to investigate the matter.
Sandeep Ghosh is also accused of conniving with accused Sanjay Roy, who was arrested in the case. Sandeep Ghosh is accused of promoting and supporting corruption in RG Tax. ED is investigating the matter and ED also raided his house.
