Relief for Kejriwal, but not salvation
Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has been granted interim bail by the Supreme Court today. However, CM Kejriwal will not be released from jail now. While Aam Aadmi Party has welcomed this decision. Delhi government ministers Atishi and Saurabh Bharadwaj said that this is a historic decision. But at the same time he targeted the BJP. Atishi said that Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal was first granted bail by Rouse Avenue Court, today Supreme Court, the biggest court of the country, has also granted bail. This decision proves that this is a BJP conspiracy which has been going on for the last two years.
Senior Aam Aadmi Party leader Atishi alleged that the BJP was trying to stop work in Delhi. However, the BJP said that the interim bail granted to Arvind Kejriwal was only part of the legal aspects. He no longer has any right to remain in his position.
CBI Action Conspiracy- AAP
Delhi government minister Saurabh Bhardwaj said that the Supreme Court’s reserved decision before the holidays has been announced today. The principle of bail is that if a law makes it tough to get bail, the rules of arrest should also be tough. He said that the court has clearly accepted that Arvind Kejriwal himself should decide whether he should remain the chief minister or not, the court will not interfere.
He said that first Hemant Soren got bail, now Arvind Kejriwal got bail. Saurabh Bhardwaj also termed the CBI’s actions during this period as a conspiracy. We hope he gets bail in the CBI case too, he said.
When Justice Binduji’s court granted bail to Kejriwal, it was decided that he would also get bail from the Supreme Court.
This was the reason why the CBI went to Tihar and arrested Arvind Kejriwal before the hearing in the Supreme Court.

AAP MP Sandeep Pathak said this is a historic decision. This makes it clear that the liquor scam allegations leveled by the BJP have been demolished by the Supreme Court. He said the Rouse Avenue court also accepted that there was no evidence of any transaction or recovery. The court also questioned the ED. He said such interim bail is granted only after exhausting all options in PMLA cases.
BJP said- Kejriwal is misleading
Along with this, BJP has sidelined Aam Aadmi Party in this whole matter. BJP MP Bansuri Swaraj said that Arvind Kejriwal has been granted interim bail because his case has been referred to a larger bench. He said that a few days ago, the ED had filed a detailed charge sheet in the court. According to that chargesheet, Arvind Kejriwal is the main conspirator in the liquor scam. Bansuri Swaraj simultaneously accused Arvind Kejriwal of misleading everyone and asked him to resign as CM.
