Rape clause will be added in FIR registered against Nawab Singh Yadav.
The FIR filed against alleged Samajwadi Party leader Nawab Singh Yadav in UP’s Kannauj will have the rape clause extended. This action is being taken against Nawab Singh on the basis of the statement given by the victim before the Magistrate. Based on the victim’s statement, the police can also take strict action against her aunt.
The victim has said in her statement that her aunt did not come for help even after she raised her voice. Also, there was no protest after opening the gate. Instead aunt was busy explaining him and talking to Nawab Singh. Along with the main accused Nawab Singh, now the victim’s aunt can also be targeted.

In this case, the police have arrested the accused Nawab Singh Yadav. SP Amit Kumar Anand said that the police have registered an FIR under relevant sections on the complaint of the victim’s mother. His statement was recorded after the minor’s medical examination. Late on Sunday night, the police received a complaint that the accused had tried to rape the girl.
Rejecting the victim’s allegations, Nawab Singh Yadav said it was a conspiracy to end his political career. He has alleged that the victim’s mother was earlier in the SP. Now she has joined BJP. Due to which this conspiracy has been hatched.

In this matter, BJP spokesperson Rakesh Tripathi claimed that Nawab Singh Yadav is not only a young leader of SP but also a representative of Dimple Yadav. Following this, SP district president Kaleem Khan issued a statement on Monday. In which he said that Nawab Singh Yadav is being called the leader of Kannauj Samajwadi Party which is wrong.
According to Kaleem, Nawab was involved in anti-party activities for about five years. He is not even a party member. However, he is being called a member of the Samajwadi Party to tarnish the image of the party.
