The Raj Bhavan woman who accused West Bengal Governor CV Anand Bose of sexual harassment has approached the Supreme Court. The female employee has filed a petition in the Supreme Court. In this petition, the woman has asked the Supreme Court to intervene in the entire matter. The woman says she has not received justice because of the constitutional immunity granted by the governor.

In the petition, the woman, who works on contract at the Raj Bhavan, has challenged the blanket immunity granted to governors from criminal cases under Article 361 of the Constitution. The women employee has demanded the Supreme Court to make guidelines. The petitioner has sought compensation from the Government for the damage to his reputation. Along with this, he has also demanded security for himself and his family.

In this petition, the woman has also sought to instruct the West Bengal Police to investigate the allegations.
