Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (NVS) has started the registration process for Class 9th and 11th Lateral Entry Selection Test 2025. Students can apply to appear for the exam by visiting the official website cbseitms.nic.in. Last date for registration is 30 October 2024. Navodaya Vidyalaya Committee has issued a notification in this regard.
Navodaya Vidyalaya entrance exam for admission to class 9 and 11 will be held on 8 February 2024. The exam will start from 11 am to 1:30 pm. Admit card will be provided by JNV to the students registered to appear for the examination.
Documents required for registration
Student’s photo, signature, guardian signature, scanned copy of educational documents, Aadhaar card, birth certificate have to be uploaded while filling the registration form. Registration without these documents will not be valid. For more information you can refer notification issued by JNV.

JNVST Admission 2025: Exam Pattern
The committee has also released the entrance exam pattern. The duration of the exam will be 2 hours and 30 minutes. 50 minutes extra time will be given to the students belonging to disabled category in the examination. A total of 100 objective oriented questions will be asked in the exam. The class 9 exam includes subjects like English (15 questions), Hindi (15 questions), Mathematics (35 questions) and General Science (35 questions). The exam will be of 100 marks. 11 entrance exams will ask 20 questions of 20 marks from Mental Ability, English, Science, Social Science and Mathematics.
