The police recovered the body

It is suspected that the woman was brutally murdered after being raped and the body was dumped in a field. When the farmers saw the dead body, they immediately informed the police. Along with this, the police also reached the spot after receiving the information. The police have taken the body into their custody and sent it for postmortem.
Farmer Shivaji Tiwari has a farm in Usargaon of Kalpi Kotwali area. A dead body of a woman was found in the field, with no clothes on. According to the police, prima facie it appears that the woman was raped and murdered. The age of the woman is estimated to be between 35 and 40 years.
Forensic team reached the spot
As soon as the information was received, Kalpi CO Dr. Devendra Kumar Pachauri and Kotwali in-charge inspector Nagendra Pathak reached the spot along with the forensic team. A forensic team reached the spot and collected evidence. Police spoke to nearby villagers, but the body could not be identified. Kalpi’s CO Dr. Devendra Kumar Pachauri said that the body of the woman has been recovered and has been sent for post-mortem. Whether the woman was raped will be clear only after the postmortem report.
