Sequel to ‘Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara’
In the year 2011, director Zoya Akhtar came up with the film Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara, which tells the story of three friends (Arjun, Kabir and Imran) who go on a road trip. The film featured Hrithik Roshan, Abhay Deol and Farhan Akhtar in lead roles. People liked the film so much that they wanted to see the three friends once again. People on social media keep demanding the makers to make its sequel.
Now Emraan i.e. Farhana Akhtar of the film has spoken about ‘Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara 2’. When asked about this at a session of Pinkvilla, he first joked, “We have already used the word ‘Dobara’ in the film. So what shall we call the part? We have the story, but not the title, so we’re stuck. “This is the first time in the history of filmmaking that this has happened.”
However, this was just a joke. He continues, “We all want a sequel, as it’s a beloved film. We are often asked about the sequel to ‘Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara’. So we hope Zoya comes up with something for the sequel. This is his brainchild, so we hope.

‘Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara’ proved successful at the box office. According to the report, 60 crore rupees were spent in making this film. The film made a gross collection of 153 crore rupees worldwide. Katrina Kaif, Kalki Koechlin, Naseeruddin Shah were also seen in important roles in this film.
Farhan Akhtar was also asked about a reunion with Shah Rukh. In response he said, “Yes of course, we will find something we want to work on and we will definitely do it.” “You just have to find something that you can connect with,” he continued. However, Shah Rukh and Farhan have worked together in ‘Don’ and ‘Don 2’. However, Ranveer Singh will be seen in place of Shahrukh in ‘Don 3’.
