Jahrauli village in Iglas Kotwali area of ​​Aligarh district was disturbed due to the entry of a wolf-like animal. The animal fatally attacked people sleeping inside the house as well as animals. Three villagers, including a goat and a cow, were injured in the attack on Monday night. Following the growing terror of the wolf-like animal, the villagers have appealed to the district administration to catch it at the earliest.
Chaos erupted in Jahrauli village of Iglas Kotwali area last Monday late night when villagers spotted a wolf-like animal in the village. The animal attacked humans and domestic animals. Even the people who were sleeping in the houses were woken up by hearing a loud noise late at night. There was a gathering of villagers. As soon as it was reported that three villagers and their pet had been attacked, the whole village was in panic.
Husband and wife attacked
A woman and two people, including two animals, were injured in the wild animal attack. The family took him to CHC Iglas for treatment. Siyaram, a resident of Jahrauli village, who fell victim to the wild animal, said that he was sleeping in his house late at night when the wild animal suddenly entered the house and attacked him. The animal caught Siyaram’s hand in its mouth, causing him to scream. When his wife came to save him from the wild beast after hearing screams, he also attacked her.

Youth Vipin Chowdhury said that at around 3 o’clock in the night, the sound of people’s screams was heard in the village. People were screaming. People were attacked by wolves themselves. The villagers chased the wolf. Those injured in the wolf attack were taken to Baswa town and treated by doctors.
