International Yoga Day: In 2014, Prime Minister Narendra Modi proposed to celebrate Yoga Day in the United Nations General Assembly. After this, the celebration of International Yoga Day started. Yoga Day is being celebrated for the last 10 years. In other words, yoga is very beneficial for health in today’s busy life. Regular practice of yoga improves physical and mental health. But there is a certain way and some rules to do any work.

Do not bathe for at least 30 minutes after doing yoga. Neither drink nor eat. Do not drink water for 30 minutes after doing yoga. This keeps your health stable and helps keep the body cool. Drinking water immediately after yoga removes problems like Vata, Pitta and Kapha.

Drinking water immediately after yoga can cause cold for a long time. So if you want to save yourself from all these problems then avoid drinking water for 30 minutes. Proper diet after yoga is also very important.

Doctors also recommend drinking at least half a liter of water along with fat, protein, carbohydrates after yoga. But for any diet and yoga, consult your doctor. So know which foods are good for your health…

You can eat sprouted grains like soya, moong and chana, green smoothies, fruits, bananas, almonds, boiled vegetables, porridge, homemade food like idli, poha, upma etc. After this, take dal, rice, curd and khichdi in the meal.

Apart from this, you can also eat apples, which will not make you crave for sweets. It is rich in protein. You get energy after doing yoga. Apart from this, many problems can be got rid of after yoga. It helps in keeping the muscles healthy. Therefore, keep these things in mind in your diet after yoga. Also consult a doctor before going on a diet.
