Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi will take out Rath Yatra in Haryana

Congress has exerted all its strength to win the political battle of Haryana assembly elections. After addressing two public meetings in the state, Rahul Gandhi has now planned to create a political atmosphere through Rath Yatra instead of rallies. Rahul Gandhi will start his Vijay Sankalp Yatra from Ambala on Monday. From the route plan of Rahul’s visit, it can be inferred that the Congress is trying to strengthen its fort. Also, this visit is being considered as a strategy of Congress to break the stronghold of BJP. That is why Rahul has adopted this route of travel only to reach as many seats as possible before the election campaign is over.

Rahul Gandhi started the Haryana assembly elections from Asandh seat in Karnal and then addressed a public meeting in Barwala, Hisar. Thus, Rahul Gandhi through his two rallies tried to tap the GT belt of Haryana which is considered very important. The GT belt area is considered the BJP’s stronghold while it is the toughest for the Congress. This is why Rahul Gandhi has adopted the strategy of creating an atmosphere in favor of the Congress by taking out a Rath Yatra in the GT belt area. In this way, wherever Congress is looking weak in Haryana, Rahul Gandhi will be seen making efforts through his journey.

The journey will start from Narayangarh in Ambala

Former Congress president Rahul Gandhi and his sister Priyanka Gandhi will leave in a chariot after addressing a rally in Ambala’s Narayangarh on Monday. After this, we will reach Yamunanagar via Bilasur Road and Sadoura. After Yamunanagar and Ambala, he will visit Saha and then Kurukshetra district. A reception is organized at Rajiv Chowk, Saha, Ambala. After this, reception programs have been organized at Shaheed Udham Singh Chowk and Kurukshetra.

Reception at Ladwa Kurukshetra, reception at Pipli Chowk Kurukshetra and public meeting at Sector 10, Thaneswar, Kurukshetra. Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini is contesting from the Ladwa assembly seat, where both Rahul and Priyanka Gandhi have held public meetings.

Strategy to cover 50 seats

Rahul Gandhi will rest overnight at Kurukshetra and then start his journey the next day. Meanwhile, Priyanka Gandhi will also be with him. Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi will work to create an atmosphere in favor of the Congress through their visit to the political battleground of Haryana for the next four days. Through the Yatra, a strategy has been formulated to maintain the grip on the strongholds of the Congress and to break the stronghold of the BJP. Rahul Gandhi now has a strategy to cover around 50 assembly seats of Haryana by the evening of 3rd October.

Strategy to break BJP’s fortress

Congress has prepared a roadmap for Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi’s Rath Yatra in Haryana, through which the BJP citadel can be broken. The Congress is strong in Jatland, but the BJP has a strong hold in the GT belt and Ahirwal area, while the JJP fared better in West Haryana. JJP’s influence is not the same as in 2019, but in JT belt and Ahirwal, BJP has maintained its hold. Hence, Rahul Gandhi has made a move to challenge the BJP by entering the stronghold and creating an atmosphere in favor of the Congress.

First Day Schedule

Rahul Gandhi will cover six very important assembly constituencies on the first day of his visit. Rahul Gandhi’s padayatra will begin with a rally in Narayangarh, Ambala. After this he will reach Mulana via Yamunanagar and address the public meeting. After this it will reach Kurukshetra via Shahabad and Ladwa. CM Naib Saini himself is contesting from Ladwa seat, where he is facing a clash with Mewa Singh of Congress. In such a situation, the Congress hopes that this Rath Yatra of Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi will work to create an atmosphere in the same way that a strong batting takes place in the last over of a cricket match.

Bhupendra Hooda, Kumari Selja will also participate

Earlier on Thursday, Rahul Gandhi had taken steps to cover 17 assembly constituencies through his two rallies in Asandh and Barwala. As for Karnal, Panipat and Safidon seats, BJP has won 5 out of 10 seats. Out of the seven seats in Hisar, 4 were won by BJP and 3 by JJP. The JJP MLA later joined the BJP. In such a situation, Congress has 4 seats out of total 17. An independent MLA from Nilokheri is now a Congress candidate. Now Rahul Gandhi is going to contest on the seats from Ambala to Kurukshetra.

The brother-sister duo has entered the election fray for the next four days to campaign vigorously in the last days of the Haryana assembly elections. On Monday, both the leaders will be seen campaigning in the three districts of Ambala, Yamunanagar and Kurukshetra. Congress has announced only one day schedule. Similarly, the program outline for Tuesday and Wednesday has been prepared, which will be announced by the evening. Bhupendra Singh Hooda, Udaybhan and Kumari Selja will also join Rahul and Priyanka. In the 2019 elections, Congress won in Narayangarh, Sadhaura, Ladwa and Mulana and here the party is stronger than ever. So the purpose of taking out the Rath Yatra from here is to strengthen the party in these seats and instill enthusiasm among the workers.

What is the equation of Haryana?

PM Narendra Modi first started the election campaign by holding a rally in Kurukshetra in Haryana. That’s why Kurukshetra is very important, because it is occupied by BJP. Panchkula, Ambala, Kurukshetra, Yamunanagar, Karnal, Panipat and Kaithal districts fall in the GT belt area. There are total 27 assembly seats in this area. BJP was able to form the government in 2014 and 2019 due to this constituency. BJP holds 14 out of 27 seats in GT belt area and Congress has only 9 seats. Because of this, a public meeting of Rahul and Priyanka Gandhi has been decided to enter the stronghold of BJP. It is believed that Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi have a similar strategy to rally in South Haryana, which is considered the Ahiraval belt.
